- The course will analyze some of the of clashes as well as the material and cultural exchanges in the Mediterranean area during the Early Modern Age.

- Educational objectives
- The course aims to provide students with an analytical and critical method of study to history of Mediterranean area; it will provide them with tools for a better understanding of the contemporary world.
- Prerequisites
- 1. Excellent knowledge of the Italian language 2. Knowledge of historical periodization, with particular reference to Early Modern Age 3. Knowledge of physical and political geography.
