- The course will be structured along the analysis of the main philosophical contributions to the evolution of the legal phenomenon, constitutionalism and fundamental rights.

- Educational objectives
- The educational objectives of the course are aimed at providing the student with an in-depth knowledge of the historical-philosophical profiles of constitutionalism.
- Prerequisites
- No prerequisites are required for dealing with matter.
- Teaching methods
- The didactic methods are traditional and articulated through frontal lessons. Exercises are not foreseen because of the nature of the discipline imparted.

- Learning verification modality
- Verification of learning will take place by oral examination. During the interview, questions will be asked about the entire study program. The exam will last for a total duration of 15-20 minutes, depending also on the course of the test.
- Extended program
- Classical Greece, Roman philosophy, early Christianity, patristics, scholasticism, the Middle Ages, modern age. The program follows the entire articulation of the two recommended volumes.
