The Alliance brings together four comprehensive universities and four universities of applied sciences:

- Panepistimio Ioanninon (UoI, Greece)

The partner institutions represent diverse European regions and collectively harness the richness of territorial diversity.
ARTEMIS addresses shared regional challenges, including territorial accessibility, the environmental impact of mobility solutions, and the social consequences of forced migration. Its mission is to educate engaged and future-ready European citizens through an integrated international campus and a collaborative model involving academic and socio-economic partners.
Through innovation, cooperation, and societal engagement, the Alliance aims to contribute to the sustainable development of European regions and to promote shared solutions to current and future challenges related to mobility and regional transition.
