Educational objectives The course offers both theoretical and operational knowledge and skills on the fundamentals of firm's management.

The main knowledge will be:

- To know the variety of behaviors of enterprises;

- To know the main decisions regarding the functions of the firm: production, marketing, R& D, logistics and sourcing;
