- Object of the course are concepts, methodologies and research fields of the sociology of law.

- The exam can be taken on one of the following combinations of texts:

- The aim of the course is to introduce students to socio-legal critique and empirical research.
- Prerequisites
- To take the examination of sociology of law, students of the master's degree course in law must have passed the legal philosophy exam.

- Oral exam. Actively attending students can be evaluated on the basis of the discussion of a paper on a topic to be agreed with the teacher.
