The course deals with the fundamental themes connected to the relationship between computer science and law, both on the practical side and on the theoretical side.

Educational objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with the necessary tools to deal with (even through the use of a correct technical language) the different situations in which the jurist may have to relate to informatics related issues, both in the study of law and in the examination practical in some contexts in which the legal skills acquired during the degree course and information technology are jointly involved.
Prerequisites
It is necessary, for the purpose of understanding the topics of the course, the possession of the basic notions of computer science, the ability to use fundamental programs such as those for online communications and word processing.

Face-to-face, practical training, seminars, seminar lectures with audiovisual material
Learning verification modality
The test consists of an oral exam; the questions relate to the program identified by the teacher in the relative tab, having regard to the knowledge of the subject, the use of the appropriate technical language, the reasoning ability, the logic of the argumentation and the learning of the methodology, the duration of the exam varies according to the progress of the test.
For those attending the course differentiated assessment methods will be organized, even consisting of successive phases of the same exam, which can be carried out individually or by groups, except in this case the recognition and assessment of the individual contribution and having as objective the realization of specific projects, determined and assigned by the teacher. Furthermore, for attending students, the oral exam can consist of a multiple choice test (with at least 20 questions).
