Oral exam.At the end of the first half, during January and February 2018, students who attended the course will hold a midterm, and the results will be properly assessed in the final examination. To this end, the examination must be taken within the last session on the academic year 2016/2017. The midterm will focus on knowledge of the topics covered in the first semester as listed below. The final exam for those who have passed the midterm will focus on the issues addressed in the second half other than those designed for the mid-term. Those who have not supported or exceeded the midterm will prepare the entire program.
Extended program
The course is divided into two semesters, each of 42 hours of lessons. The first semester will begin on the end September and will end of December 2016. It will have an institutional focus on fundamental issues of constitutional law. The second semester will take place from February until early May 2017.Because the course is conducted for the entire year, even if it is divided into two semesters, it has only one final exam from May's session of 2017. However at the end of the first half, during January or February 2017, students who attended the course will hold a midterm, and the results will be properly assessed in the final examination. Educational objectives
Constitutional law aims to introduce the students into the basic knowledge of public law, constitutional justice, fundamental rights and sources of law. Students will be able to analyze the relationships between democratic institutions and society.
Prerequisites
The study of Constitutional law needs a good level of general knowledge, that includes the historical background of italian democratic institutions and the evolution of EU integration process.
