- the student knows the fundamental institutions of public law with specific reference to the discipline of economic factors, namely the regulation of economic initiative and exercise of economic activity, with particular regard to the deepening of the Italian constitutional system and our country's membership to the European Union. In particular, the student is able to know:--substantial discipline journalism of economic activities and private, with reference to the Italian international and European context
- Prerequisites
- The student must have a basic knowledge of historical and philosophical able to understand the mode of organization of educational systems and related forms of articulation of powers . The student who can not follow lessons, will still be able to approach the study of the evolution of the forms of state and government and the system of sources , as in transformation models for managing the economy now increasingly affected by acts and behavior of organs supra national and international
