- Educational objectives
- The course is intended to acquire a thorough understanding of the role of the Constitutional Court in the institutional system.
- Prerequisites
- Knowledge of the basic legal rules, especially of constitutional and procedural law is required. This precondition is valid both for attending and not attending students.
- Teaching methods
- The lectures will deal with the program topics urging students’ active participation.
- Learning verification modality
- The exam includes an oral test consisting of a discussion-interview on the program topics. The test aims at assuring the knowledge level and understanding achieved by the students. The duration of the test varies depending on the performance of the test.
