CLA EXAM (before exam at Dipartimento)

Pinyin dictation: transcribe 15 words into pinyin with tones (bisyllabic words not necessarily explained in class);
Sentences dictation: transcribe 15 sentences into Chinese characters (sentences used during class and in the book).
Each word or sentence is 1 mark. The test is passed with 9/15 in each section. Final mark is maximum 30.

RADICALS AND STROKE ORDER (30 minutes):
Identify radicals and stroke order of 15 characters. Each character is 2 marks on 30. The test is passed with 18/30.

Both sections must be passed in the same day.
The average mark between the two sections is the CLA mark.

- ORAL TEST (¿¿)
Students will randomly pick two units of "Buongiorno Cina" among those included in the program (even if it was not explained in class), then read the text of the unit without being helped by pinyin, close the book and summarize it in Mandarine Chinese, then discuss about the topic with the native teacher.

The final mark is out of 30.
If this part is not passed, the student has to repeat also he written test.

The CLA mark validity is decided by the CLA guidelines.

Students who only need a certification or “idoneità” will take both written and oral test at CLA.
