- In order to introduce the students to English vocabulary used in the field of physiotherapy the course aims to provide material regarding the work of physiotherapists as healthcare professionals, in the form of reading comprehension texts, audio-video material for listening comprehension, as well as text completion, question formation and vocabulary exercises. The aim being to provide the students with practice in using specific terminology in English regarding physiotherapy

Where physiotherapists work.
Patient history taking.
Activities of daily living (ADLs)
Muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints.
Sports physiotherapy.
Posture.
