- The course deals in a systematic way with the study of the right of workers safety, through the analysis of the principles and rules of a preventive nature that characterize the legal system.
The acquisition of such knowledge is particularly useful also for the performance of technical, juridical and consulting roles connected to the implementation of the provisions of the d. lgs. n. 81/2008 in the various work contexts. - Reference texts

- Educational objectives
- The course aims to offer the student an overview, with different degrees of in-depth analysis, of of the main issues related to the system of worker health protection and workplace safety. The aim of the course is to develop a legal approach to the Social security problems of everyday interest that allows to solve every question by correctly applying the notions learned. The baggage of knowledge and experience accumulated during the lessons will allow the student to take a stand on the controversial issues and to realize the legal consequences that arise from supporting a thesis rather than another, and the future worker to have a technical professional approach with respect to the possible problems.
- Prerequisites
- In order to be able to understand and know how to deal with the teaching, the student must have the knowledge of the institutions of labour law.
This precondition is valid both for attending and not attending students. - Teaching methods
- Lectures and/or flipped lessons. Lessons include the active participation of employees of the chair and the students, so as to encourage a contradictory aims to accustom the student to be clearly presented its case in front of classmates. Students may be more willing assigned term papers and summaries of jurisprudence useful to focus on the topics covered in class. The lecture will include a series of practice exercises on sentences. Some issues can be addressed and examined in depth during seminars held by the teacher, from collaborators of the chair of labor law or by guest lecturers. During the lectures there will be midterm reviews, as agreed from the teacher with the students.

- Is provided a final assessment, structured into an oral examination, carried out to determine the degree of knowledge of the subject, the level of detail and the quality of the show.
