Educational objectives
The course is focused on the Freedom of association in Italy and in a comparative perspective, taking into account the strategic role that this freedom plays in this historical phase for constitutional legal systems, in particular with regard to the Countries of the European Union.
Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites.
Teaching methods
Lessons will be also using slides.
Some experts will teach lessons on specific subjects.

In the modalities of checking the learning and as far as the lessons are concerned, in case the health emergency continues to require it, the teaching will be carried out in mixed mode.
