Contents The program aims to study the epistemological foundations of intercultural and social pedagogy in the global society.

Educational objectives The course is proposed to achieving knowledge and specific skills. At the end of the lessons the students will have the basic elements of social and intercultural education.
In particular: - The epistemology of Social and intercultural Pedagogy; - The functionality of the integrated training system; - The characteristics of a complex society and global; - The evolution of migratory flows; - The characteristics of multiculturalism, interculturalism and intercultural education; - The prospects of integration and intercultural education as a new normal; In terms of competences the students will: - Know how to analyze problems and develop solutions in independent judgment; - Be able to apply in the context of education the theoretical knowledge acquired;
Prerequisites It would be desirable to have passed the General Pedagogy exam.
Teaching methods The course is organized as follows:

- frontal lessons;
- vision of movies and shared discussion;
- group's dynamics;
- Laboratory
Learning verification modality written and oral exam
Extended program The teaching program is organized in three parts:
Module I:
- The epistemology of Social Pedagogy; - The functionality of the integrated training system; - The characteristics of a complex and global society;
Module II:
- the epistemology of intercultural pedagogy;
- the evolution of migratory flows;
- the characteristics of multiculturalism, interculturality and intercultural education in early childhood educational services;
- interculture as a new normality of education;
- the ways to do interculture;
Module III:
Laboratory

Educational objectives At the end of the lessons the students will have to know the fundamental elements of family pedagogy and intercultural pedagogy, in the early childhood educational services. The following topics will be studied:
 - the epistemology of family and intercultural pedagogy;
- the educational system 0-6;
- the evolution of migratory flows;
- the characteristics of multiculturalism, interculturality and intercultural education in early childhood educational services;
- the perspectives of integration and interculture as a new normality of education;
- the evolution of the family concept;
- the areas of study of family pedagogy;
- parenting support in 0-3 services;
In terms of skills, students must:
- know how to analyze problems and develop solutions in independent judgment;
- know how to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the educational context.
Prerequisites It would be desirable to have passed the General Pedagogy exam.

  - the evolution of the family;
- the areas of study of family pedagogy;
-family and educational ownership;
- the dimensions of family education;
- parenting skills;
- the family in the integrated educational system;
- collaboration between educational services for early childhood and the family.

- the epistemology of intercultural pedagogy;
- the evolution of migratory flows;
- the characteristics of multiculturalism, interculturality and intercultural education in early childhood educational services;
- interculture as a new normality of education;
- the ways to do interculture;
