The course aims to deepen the legal rules that govern the transition to more sustainable economies both from an environmental / social point of view and from an economic point of view. This evolution of the markets, now perceived as a need by modern societies, in fact requires the preparation of ad hoc rules that facilitate and accelerate the achievement of the objective. The course will analyze, first of all, the general issues related to the law of sustainable development from an environmental, social and economic point of view, and then analyze how these rules behave within the markets. In particular, we will analyze how sustainability impacts on consumer law and on the law of regulated markets with particular reference to insurance law
