Educational objectives
The aim of the course is giving the necessary expertise in the field of modern technology. The student will be able to apply the knowledge of the technological pharmaceutics to the relationships between technological and pharmacokinetic properties of the modern drug dosage forms.
The student will frame medical devices from a regulatory point of view
Prerequisites
The student has to possess the basic notions of the conventional pharmaceutical dosage forms and to the drug legislation
Teaching methods
lessons face-face
Other information
Lessons are taught at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences according to the calendar published on the appropriate website.

Learning verification modality
The exam consists of an oral test which consists on a discussion-interview on the topics discussed during the course. The exam is passed if the student gets at least 18/30 .The test lasts about 30 minutes , but it depends on the performance of the test itself. The oral test aims at verifying the level of knowledge and understanding, as well as synthesis, achieved by the student. Moreover this oral test will verify if the student is able to communicate, his property of language and exposition as concerns the studied topics.
