Educational objectives
This teaching is the first test that the student faces in geological-stratigraphical-paleontological scope within the degree program. The main skills that the students will acquire are the main knowledges of the theorical and evolutive Paleontology and the relationships existing among Geology, Biology, Paleontology, and other Natural Sciences. Biostratigraphic applications. The criteria to recognize the main systematyc groups.

Learning verification modality
Oral exam. The exam consists of an oral test of about 30 minutes in order to understand the capability acquired by the student on theoretical and practical contents of the program. The exam will also test the communication skills and the capability to corelate the theoric and practical knowledges.
