Contents	The course aims to provide the knowledge bases useful to identify the ways of organization and management of health services in our system. The development of the institutions and the division of responsibilities between the State and the regions of the organisation of health services will therefore be examined, as well as a careful examination of the right to health within the framework of social rights.

Educational objectives	Awareness of the institutional regulatory framework of the health sector and knowledge of the relative levels of responsibility
