LEARNING OBJECTIVES RELATED TO THE ASSISTIVE FUNCTION
- Establish a relationship with the assisted person and the reference persons by adapting the communication, taking into account their reactions to the health problem, treatment, treatment contexts and refraining from judgements.
- To identify the nursing care needs of the assisted person of medium/low complexity, assessing the level of autonomy in relation to the health problem and the therapeutic diagnostic path, the prognosis, and his life plan.
- Define care objectives and establish the corresponding nursing programme

- Medical aptitude for access to the traineeships in safety- Regular attendance of the courses of the 2nd year- Successful completion of the first part of the traineeship of the 2nd year. Participation in courses offered by the host structures. Participation in the course on safety in the workplace

- Physical and active presence of the student at the host care facilities. To support the student in the complex second year clinical learning experience, the following strategies will be activated: debriefing , clinical case discussion.
Debriefing: It is a privileged opportunity to reflect and learn from experience. Considering the peculiarities of the second year, the debriefings may be focused on transversal and other specific aspects of the training area, with particular reference to the choice of care in clinical situations that are also complex from an ethical and ethical point of view. The student will have to structure a summary of the relevant experience.
Discussion of Clinical Cases: the student is asked to develop a written paper aimed at highlighting the student’s ability to argue a welfare problem. The student in the development of the case will have to define the problem by highlighting the signs and symptoms of the assisted person, describing the physiopathological mechanisms, the modalities of onset and evolution and the care strategies obtained in the literature. - Other information
