Contents The Odontostomatological Diseases program focused on the description of oral functions, on the development of the maxillary bones and dental arches. Lastly, malocclusions were described explaining their classification and diagnosis.
Reference texts The iconographic material used in class (powerpoint slides) was provided to the students as a reference text.
Educational objectives Education in the orthodontic field to perform combined interventions with dentists in the treatment of malocclusions.
Prerequisites Knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the oral cavity
Teaching methods Face-to-face lesson with students with ample space for questions.
Other information Dr Daniela Tenerini, Logopedist, holds a seminar on myofunctional rehabilitation of malocclusions every year
