Educational objectives To enable the students to understand the pathophysiologic mechanisms of endocrine diseases and to know the correct diagnosis and therapy of these diseases with specific application to pregnancy.

Contents Contenuti CONTENUTI Sì Il programma approfondirà alcuni degli aspetti trattati nel corso caratterizzante di Urologia. Verranno in particolare trattate le patologie dell'apparato urogenitale sia maschile che femminile che più frequentemente afferiscono al reparto e agli ambulatori di urologia. verranno in particolare approfonditi gli aspetti diagnostici e terapeutici delle affezioni urologiche a maggiore impatto clinico. The program will deepen some of the aspects discussed in the Urology characterizing course. In particular, the male and female urogenital pathologies most frequently observed in the urology clinic and the surgeries will be discussed. In particular, the diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of urological disorders with greater clinical impact will be thoroughly investigated.

Teaching methods The course will have a part of frontal teaching with a limited number of hours and instead a series of traineeships that will affect the lane, outpatient clinics and the operating theater

Learning verification modality Oral test consists on an interview of about 15 minutes long aiming to ascertain the knowledge level and the understandi capability acquired by the student on theoretical and methodological contents as indicated on the program. The oral exam will also test the student communication skills, his autonomy in the organizazion and exposure of the treated practical topics, his capacity of clinical reasoning obtained after the professionalism training
