- When we talk about “Diritto industriale”, we refer to Intellectual Property
Law. The course has as object the learning of: 1. Trademark Law; 2.
Patent Law; 3. Copyright Law. - Reference texts

The texts indicated above are only recommended, students can therefore
study the same topics in another university-level textbook agreed with
the professor. - Educational objectives
- The course aims to educate students to identify conditions and effects of
the rules of law to be applied to real cases and to train them to recognize
interests at stake. - Prerequisites
- There are no prerequisites.
- Teaching methods
- Face to face lectures. Analisys of some jurisprudential cases.
- Learning verification modality
- There will be an oral examination.
- Extended program
- As is known, in the Italian law system the expression “Diritto industriale”
does not correspond to an institutional subject, but to a cultural one. The
course will focus on the study of protected interests and the
corresponding juridical techniques of protection, related to trademark,
invention, models, design, author’s works.
