- The Course in Petroleum Geology aims to provide in-depth and specialized cultural and technical-professional training aimed at finding and sustainable use of subsoil resources, with particular reference to the exploration and modeling of natural oil and gas systems. The ultimate goal is to provide the student, starting from a solid general preparation in the areas of stratigraphy, sedimentology and tectonics, the opportunity to acquire the cultural tools, professional preparation and critical analysis skills necessary for the insertion in the world of exploration services, also through experimental work experiences in the countryside and in the laboratory.
