Educational objectives
In-depth knowledge of the conventional refinery, in terms of energy produced, processes implemented and related technological and plant solutions. Comparison of the supply chain with other types of refineries: coal and biomass.

General concepts of thermodynamics. Knowledge of the main components of industrial plants. Basic notions of organic chemistry.
