Notes:
The Sanitary Engineering Environmental module is coordinated and preparatory with the Module for Technologies for the treatment of polluted sites. The assessment of acquired skills is carried out at two different times after class of each module.
Reception hours: Tuesday, 15:30 - 17:30
Venue: Office of Prof. Giovanni Gigliotti and Dr. Daniela Pezzolla, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Via G. Duranti, 93 Perugia. E-mail: giovanni.gigliotti@unipg.it; daniela.pezzolla@unipg.it
Learning verification modality
The exam is composed of two units: Sanitary Engineering Environmental and Technologies for the treatment of polluted sites. For the unit of Technologies for the treatment of polluted sites students are requested to take an oral exam. The exam will have a 40 min duration aiming to ascertain the knowledge level acquired by the student. In particular, the student will demonstrate to know the legislation about polluted soils, as well as the characteristics of the soil and the interaction between soil and pollutant and the characteristics of the main mineral and organic pollutant. The exam allows to verify if the student is able to develop independent solutions to apply the best techniques for soil remediation, even for case studies proposed during practices or lessons.
The final grade is out of 30 and is obtained from the weighted average of the grades of each exam (written and oral). The following weight are assigned to each exam unit:
- Sanitary Engineering: weight = 4/21
- Technologies for the treatment of polluted sites: weight = 1/7
The dates are available in the web site of the Department.
