Acquisition of the skills necessary for the design of a sampling and in field measurement of abiotic and biotic variables- Prerequisites
In order to understand the concepts covered in the course, the student must have basic knowledge of chemistry, ecology, zoology and botany.- Teaching methods

Introduction to methodologies of in situ measurement, sampling and laboratory analysis for biotic and abiotic variables of aquatic ecosystems: 1)variables of water quality, hydrochemistry and methods of analysis; 2) planktonic community, biology, taxonomic attribution and abundance estimation; 3)macroinvertebrates, biology, taxonomic attribution and abundance estimation;
Analysis and in field detection of plant communities.
