Seminaries - Learning verification modality
- Oral exams. The exam will have a 40 min duration aiming to ascertain the knowledge level acquired by the student. In particular, the student will demonstrate to know the legislation about the registration and the use of pesticides, the risks for the environment related to the use of pesticides and the best practices to reduce the risk. Moreover the student will have to know the natural products used as bio-pesticides and their mechanisms. Finally, the student will have to know the best practices for a biotechnological treatment of organic wastes and byproducts.
The exam allows to verify if the student is able to develop independent solutions to apply the best techniques to minimize the risk for the environment deriving from the use of pesticides and the management of organic wastes.
