From Strategy 2020 onwards, Europe continues to call for investment in the human resource and its strategic competence of learning to learn in the perspective of competitive, but also intelligent and sustainable economic, social and personal growth.
Starting from the motivationalist model of Spencer and Spencer, the course investigates lifelong learning within different social contexts both on the epistemological and didactic-methodological level.
Particular attention will be given to processes to foster the recognition and development of those competences that are often invisible, but belong to the subject and can make a difference both on a professional and existential level.
At the centre of the reflections and paths is the adult learner with his/her emotions, biography, relationships, communication dynamics throughout life and in the different formal, non-formal and informal contexts.
