Other information | The course is divided into two sections. In the first section some of the major conceptual and efficacy communication are approached, from which Medical Pedagogy takes advantage during the nursing activities. In the second part are presented the fundamental themes of counseling in therapeutic and assistance relations. |

Contents | The course deals with the theme of vocational training in the health care sector, with particular emphasis on teaching strategies that maximize effectiveness. A specific program for particular groups of students (Erasmus, attending / non-attending students will be considered from time to time according to the needs of the students. |

For working students, a personalized individual work path will be agreed with the teacher. Educational objectives | The course is organized in order to allow the student to plan and conduct an effective training intervention. The main knowledge acquired will be: the concept of training and the training needs of the Health Authorities; The training path models; The exercises; Verifications and Evaluations of the training intervention. The main skills will be: 1. Knowing how to recognize the main models of professional training, knowing how to recognize and apply exercises in line with the programmatic training course; knowing how to create verification and evaluation tests. |

Learning verification modality | The final exam consists of a written exam (30 minutes), designed to assess the student's knowledge and skills related to the concepts learned in the professional field of expertise. In case a student intends to anticipate his/her exam in a year preceding the one it is scheduled in his/her curriculum, it is recommended to anticipate as well the attendance of the lessons and to schedule the exam in the first useful session after the lessons have been concluded.
