Educational objectives
To bring to the attention of the student the role and function of statistical information in modern societies, by providing useful competences for reading and analysing statistical data, made available by national and international sources, with specific reference to forensic data
Prerequisites
Mathematical knowledge, usually acquired during the first two years of high school (e.g., arithmetic operations, proportions, elements of literal equations, first degree equations, cartesian plan, equation of a line, etc.)
