- The course is focused on the Freedom of association in Italy and in a comparative perspective, taking into account the strategic role that this freedom plays in this historical phase for constitutional legal systems, in particular with regard to the Countries of the European Union.

- Teaching methods
- Lessons will be also using slides.
Some experts will teach lessons on specific subjects.
