- The course will thoroughly examine the diverse impacts of ethics on processes pertaining to organizational behavior. Specifically, traditional subjects in the discipline like leadership, organizational climate, whistleblowing, promotion of diversity and inclusion will be explored, drawing on the latest research in social and organizational psychology, and subsequently contextualized within the realities of specific national and international organizational cases.
