Basic principles of epigenetic regulation in DNA transcription and gene expression
Hematopietic clonality, clonal hematopoiesis and human diseases, and pathogenesis of leukemias. Pathogenesis models of congenital and acquired bone marrow failures. Patterns of pathogenesis of acute leukemias. Function of tyrosine kinases. Models of pathogenesis of lymphoproliferative disorders. Models of pathogenesis of myeloma. Patterns of pathogenesis of solid tumors (central nervous system). - Reference texts
