Prerequisites
There are no particular cognitive prerequisites useful to understanding the subjects covered in teaching for achieving learning objectives; The knowledge and the ability to use open source or commercial applications such as word processors, spreadsheets and related databases and applications are considered necessary to process presentations that are necessary to carry out the end-of-course exercises.

- Collection and processing of statistical data and qualitative information on the supply and demand of agri-food products.¿
- Determination of the economic balance of an agro-zootechnical company and of its economic results:¿
- Quantification of business facilities and inputs,¿
- Reconstruction of the technical data sheet of the main production activities;¿- Determination of the value of production and the different types of cost;¿
- Determination of the main incomes;
¿- Partial balances and production costs of the main operations and agro-zootechnical activities.¿¿
Farm visits¿- There are two / two company visits to regional farms for the acquisition of business data, necessary for the preparation of the financial statements.

Learning verification modality
¿The final oral exam consists of a discussion of the duration of 30-40 minutes about the topics below.
The test is aimed at understanding and assessing the level of learning learned and understanding of the student about the theoretical contents of the program;
The oral test will allow students to verify the student's synthesis and logic skills, as well as communicative skills, language ownership, and the ability to synthesize and interact with the various topics dealt with.¿
