- Strategic Management is a course that seeks to provide a comprehensive look at organizations. It is designed to explore the vision and mission of an organization, examine principles, techniques, and models of organizational and environmental analysis, and discuss the theory and practice of strategy formulation and implementation. The course will also focus on marketing management, organizational behavior, and corporate communication - as they underlie organizational strategy formulation.

- The course is designed not only to introduce students with key strategy concepts but also aims to help them apply their learning to real business situations. This course shows that successful decisions, in all areas of an organization, always depend on the formulation of a clear business strategy. Students will also learn the basics of strategic marketing, corporate communication, and creativity and innovation management.
