- The course offers the students an overview of main issues related to corporate finance, such as financial planning, investment and debt choices, and the relationship between firms and financial markets, providing students a foundation for further study of finance and representing an essential part of their current managerial education.
Corporate Fionance aims to help future managers, investment bankers and financial analysts in building conceptual foundations of main financial issues for being able to make informed corporate assessments of key financial decisions.
