Educational objectives	Objective of the course is the integrated study of the cell and of living organisms, with particular regard to the mechanisms involved in the interactions between cells and between cells and the extracellular environment, synthesis and transmission of genetic information, gene expression mechanisms, cell proliferation.
Prerequisites	To achieve the training objectives, the student requires a minimum knowledge of Chemistry.
