- The course provides the basic technical notions for the interpretation of the main national and foreign industrial safety regulations.

- The course explores the main technical laws and regulations in the field of industrial safety. The main concepts acquired consist of a mature interpretation of the physical meaning of the main indicators that are used to protect the comfort and safety of the individual within the workplace.

- The course is organized as follows:
- theoretical introductory lesson to the topic addressed;
- practical classroom activities with direct verification of the physical reference parameters for the protection of the individual's health. - Other information

- Teaching unit: thermohygrometric comfort, thermal balance of the human body, comfort indexes.
Teaching unit: air quality and indicators, main pollutants, ventilation regulations, filtration systems.
Teaching unit: noise and noise levels, acoustic spectra, sound absorption and sound insulation, noise assessment indexes, national legislation, noise reduction methods and personal protective equipment.
Teaching unit: lighting technology and photometric quantities, light sources, regulations for work environments.
