- Educational objectives
- Students will learn about the discipline of establishing parentage and medically assisted procreation; they will analyse the evolution of the adoption of minors and adults in light of the most up-to-date regulatory and jurisprudential sources, including European ones; they will supplement their studies with direct experience in resolving real cases and providing assistance, in collaboration with qualified professionals; they will give presentations and write summary comments that will support the oral examination in terms of personal in-depth analysis of topics covered in the programme.

- Part One Procreation The first part of the programme will focus on the protection of the origins of life and procreation, possibly with medical assistance, including for same-sex couples, the determination of a child's status and the right to know one's origins. Part Two The adoption of minors and of persons of legal age The second part of the programme will concern the regulatory and jurisprudential evolution of the adoption of minors, including in special cases, and of persons of legal age.
