- The course analyzes the main areas of basic management. After analyzing the firm and its competive environment, it presents the main strategic decisions and the main areas of the management of the firm such as production, marketing and supply chain management

- The course offers both theoretical and operational knowledge and skills on the fundamentals of firm's management.
