- Class focuses on legal computer science, delving into the juridical framework of the technological revolution. Main focus will be put on AI (with regard to criminal law) and on digital evidence.

- The objective of the course is to give students a basic approach to legal computer science, to analyze and critically discuss problems and potential of the juridical digital era, with regards to safeguard basic human rights.

- The students must know the basic notions of legal philosophy and IT.
