When we talk about “Diritto industriale”, we refer to Intellectual Property Law. The course has as object the learning of: Trademark Law; Patent Law; Copyright Law

Attending students will be provided with study materials for the study of jurisprudential cases.
The texts indicated above are only recommended, students can therefore study the same topics in another university-level textbook agreed with the professor.
Educational objectives
The course aims at educating students to identify conditions and effects of the rules of law to be applied to real cases and to train them to recognize and distinguish the various interests at stake.

As is known, in the Italian law system the expression “Diritto industriale” does not correspond to an institutional subject, but to a cultural one. The course will focus on the study of protected interests and the corresponding protection juridical techniques related to trademark, invention, models, design and author’s works.
