Overview of the main plant groups: bacteria, algae, mosses, ferns, gymnosperms, and angiosperms. Some families of higher plants. |

Starting from an understanding of the scientific method, the course progresses toward the study of environmental issues that will shape our future. Scientific rigor is contrasted with social media hearsay and misinformation.
