- Italian. It is possible to agree with the instructor on a program with materials in English and take the exam in English.
- Contents
- The course aims to delve deeper into the study of the phenomenon and discipline of public procurement, grasping its strategic value and framing the subject of public contracts among the fundamental levers of governance and administrative management.
- Reference texts
- The subject is constantly evolving. At Unistudium, the reference text will be provided before classes begin. Students attending Unistudium will also be provided with in-depth study materials and handouts. A fundamental reference for study is, in any case (for everyone), Legislative Decree no. 36 of 2023, the "Code of Contracts."
- Educational objectives
- The course aims to provide theoretical skills but also the ability to interpret and manage a contractual situation, while providing adequate knowledge for competitive tests.
- Prerequisites
- Basic knowledge of administrative law and private law are useful, but in any case the course will provide the necessary knowledge for studying the subject.

- Learning verification modality
- For non-attending students, there will be an oral exam. For attending students, there will be ongoing assessments (written tests, partly with open-ended questions and partly with tests).
