Extended program
The course aims to focus on the relationship between aesthetics, landscape, and art, starting from the centrality of the relational dimension. Some fundamental elements of the discipline will be addressed in order to provide a historical and methodological framework aimed at understanding the terms, categories, and the evolution of the different meanings assumed by the discipline (from a science of sensible knowledge to the various forms taken by aesthetic experience, including different approaches within the philosophy of art).
The connection between art and recognition will then be examined, highlighting the relational and intersubjective implications linked to the artistic dimension, which will serve as an introduction to the discussion of landscape and the various forms of artistic expression in the contemporary context. The relationship between aesthetics and landscape will be explored through diverse readings and perspectives, in order to offer as broad a view as possible of the issues and implications related to the topic.
