- Educational objectives
- The course aims to provide a general knowledge of the constitutional principles and functioning of the Italian legal system, with particular reference to the system of fundamental freedoms and rights, in the light of the most recent socio-institutional developments.

- The course takes place with frontal teaching parts and parts in in-depth seminars, with case analysis and external guests
- Other information
- The teacher promotes direct contact with students in order to obtain more detailed and personalized information.
- Learning verification modality
- A partial exam is scheduled towards the middle of the course; a failed exam does not preclude admission to the official exam. The final exam is oral, unless there are specific needs that will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
