- The course aims to educate students to identify conditions and effects of the rules of law to be applied to real cases and to train them to recognize interests at stake.
- Teaching methods
- The course adopts a workshop-based teaching method, drawing on practical materials and case studies concerning selected areas of company law, with particular reference to the joint-stock company (società per azioni).
- Learning verification modality
- The examination will be conducted orally.
