- Basic knowledge of the institutes of the Roman civil law and procedure. Acquisition of terminology and basic legal categories.

- Learning verification modality
- The exam consists in an oral test aimed to verify knowledge and understanding of the topics of the subject. The duration of the test may vary according to the ability of the student.

- The course will be focus on persons, property, obligations and procedure. The course provides an introduction to the basic understanding of legal concepts and categories, outlining the essential features of Roman private law.
